Thank you for choosing Woodland Playground for your wooden educational resources needs. We are delighted to offer shipping services exclusively within the United Kingdom. Below, we outline our shipping policies to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery experience.

Delivery Area: We currently offer personal delivery services for customers located within a 40-mile radius of Rushden. This includes areas in and around Rushden, as well as nearby towns and cities within the specified radius. This depends on what products are ordered and if we need to assemble them. Smaller items will be sent via mail unless you insist otherwise.

If you are outside the 40-mile radius, we will send your items via a delivery service. Once sent, you will receive a conformation email with tracking information. Larger items will need to be assembled onsite yourself, or can be arranged a member of our team will deliver personally and assemble for an extra fee, please contact us for more information.

Delivery Timeframe: We strive to deliver your order within 3-4 weeks of your purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on factors such as product availability, order volume, and seasonal demand.

Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer personal delivery services for customers within our designated delivery area. The shipping price will depend on the distance we would need to travel and if we are assembling the items on site. 

Delivery Process: Upon placing your order, our team will process it promptly and prepare your items for delivery. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you with a conformation email with tracking number, or if you're within the 40 mile radius, to schedule a convenient delivery time. Our delivery team will then personally deliver your order to the specified delivery address within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Delivery Requirements: To ensure a successful delivery experience, please ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the specified delivery address during the scheduled delivery timeframe. If you have any special delivery instructions or access restrictions (e.g., gated community, apartment building), please provide these details at the time of purchase or contact our customer service team to make arrangements.

Order Tracking: For customers within our delivery area, we offer personalised delivery services, and as such, order tracking may not be available. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

Delivery Confirmation: Once your order has been successfully delivered, our delivery team will provide confirmation to ensure that your items have been received in good condition. If you encounter any issues with your order upon delivery, please notify us immediately, and we will work swiftly to resolve any concerns.
