We understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise where you need to return or exchange a product. 7-Day Return or Refund Policy:
We offer a 7-day return or refund policy on all eligible products purchased directly from Woodland Playground. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns or Refunds:
To be eligible for a return or refund under our 7-day policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The item(s) must be in unused, undamaged, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase, such as a valid order number or receipt, must be provided.
- The return must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.
Exclusions:
We do not offer returns or refunds for products that have been damaged after delivery or if the item(s) show signs of wear and tear, misuse, or intentional damage. Additionally, personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue. We will work with you to assess the damage and determine the appropriate course of action. In most cases, we will offer to replace the damaged item(s) at no additional cost. Refunds will be issued as a last resort if a replacement is not feasible.
Return Process:
To initiate a return or refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include any accessories, manuals, or documentation that came with the product.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
